It’s a free URL Shortening service for anyone, and if you want to see your stats for a URL that was posted in one of your Tweets, just add /more/ to the end of it and you’ll see all the stats you want. If you guys are running into errors, not seeing your updates through Lists or Queues, please update your Twitter account by clicking edit by a Robot’s name and re-authenticating that account.
